The topic of the meeting is Guidelines and maybe a surprise. It will be interesting, so come. PLEASE, Bring your VOAD Notebooks. Hope all agencies can be represented. Be sure to attend.

The classic big bang theory describes the aftermath of the bang, but makes no attempt to describe what “banged”, how it “banged”, or what caused it to “bang”. When you read or hear anything about the birth of the universe, someone is making it up….. Only God knows what happened at the Very Beginning (and so far He or She hasn’t let on)
